What Happens Next
We review every request personally. An arborist will look over the details you shared, then follow up to ask any clarifying questions and arrange a convenient time to assess your trees. There is no charge and no obligation for an estimate — just straightforward advice about what your trees need and what it will cost to do the work properly.
While You Wait
If you thought of something after sending your message — another tree, a photo, or an access note — feel free to send a follow-up through our contact form. The more we know about the site, the better we can plan the work. Helpful details include the type of trees, how close they are to buildings or power lines, and whether there are fences, gardens or sheds that affect access.
If It's an Emergency
If a tree or a large limb is actively threatening your home, a vehicle or a power line, please treat it as urgent. Keep everyone well away from the area, never approach a limb that is touching or near a power line, and report downed utility lines to your local power provider. Let us know in your message that the situation is an emergency so we can prioritize your request for our around-the-clock storm response.
Learn More About Your Trees
In the meantime, you might enjoy learning more about caring for prairie trees. Our tree care guide covers seasonal maintenance for the Westman region, and the Tree Canada website is a great general resource for tree owners across the country.
